There are positively no pets allowed in any of our accommodations.  If you make a reservation and bring a pet you will be refused when you arrive and your deposit will not be refunded.

We have certain units designated for smoking, but you must request a smoking unit at the time that you make your reservation.  Please be sure  to ask at the desk about other designated smoking areas on the property BEFORE making a reservation.

A two-night deposit is required on all reservations of four nights or more. A one-night's deposit is required for three nights or less. There is a $15 service charge for all cancellations.  Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to reserved arrival date will be refunded less service charge.  Early checkouts will be charged in full.

Cash, Travelers Checks, and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) at registration desk only. All figures are stated in US Dollars.

Office Hours:

Summer:  7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Spring & Fall:  7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. or 10:00 P.M.

Game Room:  9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Laundry Room: 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Pool Hours (both pools & spa): 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

You are responsible for reporting the amount of persons per unit when you make your reservation.  Each of the units has a maximum state legal occupancy limit.  You can find these limits on our Rates page for each type of accommodation.

There is a charge of $15.00/day for each extra person. Under no circumstances will we allow extra persons beyond the legal limit.  If an extra vehicle is needed, please be sure to mention the other vehicle when making reservation.
